Founded in 2020 by CEO Lucía Martínez Prado, Breakevent provides comprehensive AI-driven analytics for the music industry, serving promoters, artists, managers, and venues. The platform maintains an extensive database of over 15,000 music events and 1,500 venues across Spain.

Key Features:

  • Ticket price and capacity optimization
  • Artist recommendations based on location
  • Event success projections
  • Genre analysis and market fit assessment
  • Historical ticket sales data

The company plans to strengthen its presence in Spain while expanding internationally throughout 2025. This expansion comes amid significant growth in Europe's live entertainment sector, marked by notable acquisitions including KKR's purchase of Superstruct, CTS Eventim's acquisition of See Tickets, and AEG's operational realignment.

The funding reflects a broader trend of investment in specialized event technology solutions, with other recent examples including:

  • Seat Unique (UK): $19.1M Series A for VIP event experiences
  • Celebratix (Netherlands): $1.2M raise for blockchain ticketing solutions
