During his performance of "Achy Breaky Heart" and "Old Town Road," Cyrus struggled with malfunctioning equipment, leading to an awkward interaction with the audience. "Check? Is anybody awake?" he asked, attempting to continue a cappella. "Y'all want me to sing more or you want me to just get the hell off the stage?"

While Cyrus defended his performance in a statement to People, saying he "wouldn't have missed the honor" despite technical issues, his family has expressed serious concerns about his wellbeing.

His son Trace, 35, shared an emotional open letter on Instagram, stating: "The man that I wanted so desperately to be just like, I barely recognize now. We are all hanging on to memories of the man we once knew, and hoping for the day he returns. You're not healthy, Dad, and everyone is noticing it."

Adding to these concerns, Cyrus's ex-wife Firerose, who divorced him after seven months of marriage, told The New York Post that his public behavior mirrors private struggles she witnessed during their relationship. She emphasized that healing would only be possible once he acknowledges and confronts these issues.

The 63-year-old country star's recent behavior has sparked a broader conversation about his health and well-being among fans and family members alike, with many hoping he will seek the support he needs.
