Diddy's $61.5M Beverly Hills Mansion Delisted Amid Legal Troubles
Sean "Diddy" Combs' $61.5 million Beverly Hills mansion has been reportedly delisted from the market after failing to attract buyers in less than six months of listing. The property, located in Holmby Hills, remains listed with Westside Estate Agency through agent Kurt Rappaport, despite being removed from public listing sites on March 4.

The 10-bedroom, 13-bathroom estate, which Combs purchased for $39 million in 2014, has faced significant challenges in attracting potential buyers. The property was recently raided by federal agents as part of an investigation into Combs' alleged illegal activities, reportedly sustaining substantial property damage during the search.
Federal agents discovered various items during the raid, including weapons, drugs, lubricant, and "more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil." Prosecutors allege the mansion hosted several "freak off" parties where Combs allegedly used his influence to "abuse, threaten, and coerce women" for sexual purposes, including accusations of non-consensual drugging.
Currently, the 55-year-old mogul is being held without bail in a Brooklyn detention center, facing federal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. Additionally, Combs faces multiple civil lawsuits from anonymous plaintiffs alleging sexual assault and covert drug administration.
The property's controversial history and ongoing legal situations surrounding its owner appear to be significant factors in its current market status. His Miami home, valued at $48 million, was also raided as part of the federal investigation.
