Amazon Music has announced Franz Ferdinand will perform at Manchester's Aviva Studios as part of their UK City Sessions livestream series. The event will stream live on Prime Video and Amazon Music UK's Twitch channel on Saturday, January 18, at 9 PM.

The Scottish band, known for hits like "Take Me Out," will showcase songs from their latest album "The Human Fear" alongside classic favorites. This performance marks one of four shows scheduled at Aviva Studios across 2024 and 2025.

UK City Sessions features prominent artists performing in intimate venues, following successful shows by Kings of Leon, Nelly Furtado, Andra Day, The Black Crowes, Glass Animals, and Wallows across the US and Latin America.

The venue, Aviva Studios, is operated by Factory International and was recently named one of TIME's greatest places to visit in 2024. The organization also produces the Manchester International Festival (MIF) biannually, bringing diverse artists together to create innovative work across Greater Manchester.
