GoldState Music has acquired approximately $200 million worth of music catalogs, expanding its portfolio with stakes in releases from major artists including Blink-182, Avril Lavigne, and more.

The West Palm Beach-based investment firm's recent acquisitions include:

  • Amplified Music Rights (AMR) catalog and company
  • Catch Point Rights Partners catalog (partial acquisition)
  • Stakes in works by artists including:
    • Ariana Grande
    • Blink-182
    • Avril Lavigne
    • Kygo
    • Lionel Richie
    • Gwen Stefani
    • Queens of the Stone Age

Key personnel changes following the acquisitions:

  • Tamara Conniff (former AMR CEO) → GoldState Chief Creative Officer
  • Lydia Yerrick → VP of Legal and Business Affairs
  • Justin Mandel → Marketing Consultant
  • Ben Chaiken → Senior Research Analyst

Catch Point Rights Partners has retained partial ownership of their catalog and plans to continue acquiring music rights with their remaining capital.

This acquisition follows GoldState's partnership with Flexpoint Ford and their $165 million investment in Create Music Group. The company continues to expand its presence in the music IP sector as the catalog acquisition market remains active heading into 2025.
