Live Nation has acquired a majority stake in Timeline, a talent management firm specializing in influencer representation. Timeline manages over 25 influential creators, including Jamie Lynn Spears, Anastasia Karanikolaou, and Chantel Jefferies, among others.

Music industry veteran Larry Rudolph will join as a strategic advisor and partner through his Live Nation affiliation.

The partnership marks Live Nation's first venture into influencer management, expanding beyond traditional artist representation. Timeline will leverage Live Nation's extensive resources to enhance its services in branding, touring, and production.
