The legendary thrash metal band, led by Dave Mustaine, completed three studio albums with UMG and Mustaine's Tradecraft between 2013 and 2022. Their new album, currently untitled, is scheduled for release in fall or winter 2025.

The band is approximately 90 days into the recording process, with Mustaine confirming strong progress in the studio. While supporting their upcoming release, Megadeth will perform at several major festivals, including Bonnaroo and Norway's Tons of Rock in June, followed by a European tour in October.

This move reunites Mustaine with industry veteran Tom Lipsky, who previously worked with Megadeth during their Sanctuary Records era (2001-2004). Lipsky now serves as A&R head for North America at Frontiers.

BLKIIBLK Records, dedicated to advancing heavy music, also represents acts like Sick N' Beautiful and Biohazard. The Naples-based Frontiers Label Group, founded by Serafino Perugino nearly three decades ago, continues to expand its roster of influential artists.

Dave Mustaine expressed enthusiasm about the new partnership: "When I first met Tom Lipsky and Bob Chiappardi back in the day I had no idea we would be working together again so many years in the future. I look forward to working with Serafino and the team in Italy and I can't wait for the fans to hear the songs from our new record."

CTK Management and the label are developing a comprehensive global strategy for the album's release, positioning it as a significant addition to the hard rock and metal landscape.
