New Sexual Assault Lawsuit Targets Diddy Over 2016 LA Club Incident
Sean "Diddy" Combs faces a new sexual assault lawsuit from an unnamed woman alleging a disturbing incident at Los Angeles' Club Playhouse in 2016. The lawsuit details that Combs allegedly forced her to drink alcohol and sexually assaulted her at the venue.

The complaint, filed in New York State Supreme Court, claims Diddy became aggressive when the woman refused a drink, allegedly saying "B, I'm not asking you. Drink that s* and shut the f* up." The lawsuit states he then forcibly assaulted her while saying "B, I do what I want, take that s*."
Combs' legal team has categorically denied all allegations, stating that "Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone." They maintain the accusations are baseless and express confidence in prevailing in court.

This case adds to Combs' mounting legal troubles, which include federal criminal charges for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty and remains detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after three denied bail requests. His trial is scheduled for May 2025.
