The deal involves five IRIS artists:

  • Vinida Weng
  • Haysen Cheng
  • Miles
  • Swag Kelly
  • Harikiri (Andre Grant)

All artists will release albums through RCA Greater China within the next 12 months. The first project under this partnership is Vinida's "7th Seed," partially recorded in English. Vinida and Cheng have also released a Mandarin single titled "Black Eight."

IRIS Chengdu, founded in November 2021 by producer Andre Grant (Harikiri), operates as a multi-faceted company providing label services, talent management, and related music industry services.

The partnership aims to:

  • Push creative boundaries
  • Give artists authentic storytelling freedom
  • Bridge cultures between China and global markets
  • Connect with international audiences

This move follows other major label expansions in China, including Universal Music Greater China's recent exclusive agreement with Liu Huan ("King of Chinese Pop") and their promotion of Jacky Cheung's milestone 1,000th concert achievement.

While financial details remain undisclosed, the partnership represents a strategic move to capitalize on China's expanding music sector while developing local talent for global audiences.
