Chris Brown is currently signed to RCA Records, a division of Sony Music Entertainment. He joined RCA Records in 2012 after the dissolution of his previous label, Jive Records.

Throughout his career, Brown has been associated with several record labels. He initially signed with Jive Records in 2004 at the age of 15, where he released his first four studio albums. When Jive Records was dissolved in 2011, its artists were moved to RCA Records as part of a restructuring by Sony Music Entertainment.

Under RCA Records, Chris Brown has released multiple successful albums including:

• Fortune (2012)
• X (2014)
• Fan of a Fan: The Album (2015)
• Royalty (2015)
• Heartbreak on a Full Moon (2017)
• Indigo (2019)
• Breezy (2022)

In addition to his major label deal with RCA Records, Brown also operates his own record label called CBE (Chris Brown Entertainment), which was established in 2007. CBE functions as an imprint under RCA Records, allowing Brown to sign and develop new artists while maintaining his position as a recording artist under RCA's umbrella.

It's worth noting that Brown's relationship with RCA Records has been one of his longest-standing label partnerships, spanning over a decade now. This collaboration has resulted in numerous platinum-certified albums and hit singles, cementing his position as one of R&B's most successful contemporary artists.
