BBR Music Group Terminates Jimmie Allen Following Second Sexual Assault Allegation
BBR Music Group has terminated their relationship with country singer Jimmie Allen following a second sexual assault allegation. This decision comes after initially suspending the artist when the first accusations emerged.
The second lawsuit, filed in Tennessee by 'Jane Doe 2,' details an incident from July 2022 in Las Vegas. According to the complaint, the accuser met Allen during a May 2022 flight to Nashville, leading to an online relationship. The lawsuit alleges that Allen sexually assaulted her in his hotel room and secretly recorded the encounter without consent. The accuser reportedly discovered the recording device, took the phone, and reported the incident to local police.

Prior to this incident, Jimmie Allen faced accusations from another woman ('Jane Doe') who worked as his day-to-day manager at Wide Open Music. Following the initial allegations in May 2023, Allen was suspended by UTA and The Familie management company, while Full Coverage Communications completely severed ties.
Allen has strongly denied the first set of allegations and stated he would pursue legal action to protect his reputation. His response to the second lawsuit, which contains detailed allegations about the assault and unauthorized recording, remains unclear.
