Country singer Jimmie Allen's former manager, identified as "Jane Doe," has agreed to dismiss her sexual assault lawsuit against him. Allen has subsequently dropped his defamation countersuit against her.

According to Beth Fegan of law firm FeganScott, both parties reached a mutual agreement to dismiss their claims, expressing a desire to move past litigation.

The case will continue against Wide Open Music and founder Ash Bowers, where Jane Doe worked as Allen's day-to-day manager. The plaintiff alleges the management firm failed to protect her from Allen's unwanted advances and terminated her employment when she reported the behavior.

A second sexual assault lawsuit against Allen remains active. Filed in June, this separate case involves allegations of assault in a Las Vegas hotel room and claims of secret recording. Allen has denied all accusations and filed countersuits for defamation in both cases.
