According to Beth Fegan of law firm FeganScott, both parties reached a mutual agreement to dismiss their claims, expressing a desire to move past litigation.
The case will continue against Wide Open Music and founder Ash Bowers, where Jane Doe worked as Allen's day-to-day manager. The plaintiff alleges the management firm failed to protect her from Allen's unwanted advances and terminated her employment when she reported the behavior.
A second sexual assault lawsuit against Allen remains active. Filed in June, this separate case involves allegations of assault in a Las Vegas hotel room and claims of secret recording. Allen has denied all accusations and filed countersuits for defamation in both cases.
