Beyoncé Announces Highly-Anticipated Cowboy Carter Tour Following NFL Performance
Beyoncé has officially announced her highly anticipated Cowboy Carter Tour, following the successful release of her country-inspired album. The announcement came on Sunday, February 2, after her Christmas Day Halftime performance in Houston, where she first performed tracks from the new album live.

The announcement featured a dramatic video on Instagram showing a desert nightscape with an illuminated sign reading 'COWBOY CARTER TOUR' in bright block letters. A follow-up post displayed the artist with bleached-blonde braids and bold red lipstick.
While the tour announcement was initially planned for January 14, it was postponed due to the Los Angeles wildfires. Beyoncé responded to the crisis by donating $2.5 million to local relief funds through her BeyGood Foundation.
Her Christmas Day Halftime show previewed what fans can expect from the tour, featuring performances of:
- "Texas Hold 'Em"
- "16 Carriages"
- "Sweet Honey Buckiin'" (with Shaboozey)
- "Levii's Jeans" (with Post Malone)
- Covers of Dolly Parton's "Jolene" and the Beatles' "Blackbird"
- A special appearance by Blue Ivy Carter
The tour announcement comes as Beyoncé leads the 2025 Grammy nominations with 11 nods, including Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, and Best Country Solo Performance. Already holding the record for most Grammy wins at 32, she's still pursuing her first Album of the Year award.
