Founded by Tom Harris in 2002, White Sky has established itself as a premier provider of royalties and tour accounting, business management, and bookkeeping services for musicians, managers, and record labels in Australia. The company's success stems from its innovative tech-led approach and specialized financial services.

The acquisition will enhance service offerings for White Sky clients, who will now have access to:

• Insurance solutions
• Legal support
• Private wealth advisory
• Brand and marketing assistance

For existing White Sky clients, operations will continue unchanged:

• The team remains the same
• All existing supplier relationships continue
• Brand identity and website remain unchanged
• Melbourne team joins BlueRock's office (400+ employees)
• Sydney office continues normal operations
