Drug Mule Charges Dismissed Against Former Diddy Associate in Miami Case
Brendan Paul, previously arrested at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport for allegedly acting as Sean 'Diddy' Combs' drug mule, has had all charges against him dropped after completing a pretrial diversion program.

Paul faced felony charges in March for possession of suspected cocaine and marijuana candy. Prosecutors offered him a pretrial diversion program as a first-time offender, leading to the dismissal of all charges.
The case gained prominence due to Paul's mention in a civil lawsuit filed against Diddy by producer Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones. The lawsuit alleged that Paul:
- Transported drugs including ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, and marijuana
- Carried Combs' firearm when they went out
- Procured and handled payments for sex workers
Paul's arrest coincided with federal raids on Diddy's properties in Los Angeles and Miami. Combs was later arrested on September 16 for racketeering and sex trafficking charges. He remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being denied bail, awaiting his trial in May.
Paul's attorney confirmed the case dismissal, stating, "Mr. Paul's case was formally dismissed today in its entirety. All charges have been dropped and the case is closed. Mr. Paul is pleased to close this chapter of his life."
