Duetti Invests $1.2M in Minecraft Music Sensation Blacklite District

Duetti has invested $1.2 million in independent rock band Blacklite District, known for their breakthrough success through Minecraft animated music videos on YouTube. The band has generated over 1 billion streams and $1 million in revenue through their unique blend of rock and pop music.

The band gained significant popularity through their collaboration with YouTuber Rainimator, providing music for the animated series 'Fractures.' Their contributions include all songs in Season 1, four songs in Season 2, six songs in Season 3, two songs in Season 4, and one song in a filler episode.

Blacklite District has achieved international success, charting in numerous countries including the Bahamas, Cameroon, Czech Republic, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Norway, Romania, and Russia. They've secured four Top 40 singles on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart and recently released their album "You Can Do Better" on May 3, 2024.

Duetti, having raised over $235 million in funding and partnered with more than 500 artists, will provide financial and marketing support to further expand Blacklite District's reach. CEO Lior Tibon expressed enthusiasm about helping elevate the band's unique sound to new audiences worldwide.

Kyle Pfeiffer, Blacklite District's founder and singer-songwriter, commented on the partnership: "We are beyond excited about this deal with Duetti. The timing was right to really take this music to the next level. 2025 is a new chapter for Blacklite District."

The band is preparing for their 2025 Red Carpet Tour, which will feature music from their latest album alongside fan favorites, including VIP packages with exclusive band interactions.
