The lawsuit details multiple serious allegations:
- Sexual abuse and terrorization of Richard
- Witnessing physical abuse of Cassie Ventura, including choking, strangling, and assault
- Withholding earnings and theft of copyrighted works
- Creating inhumane working conditions during MTV's Making the Band 3 and 4
- Depriving band members of basic needs like food and sleep
- Threatening statements such as "you want to die today" when Richard tried to help Ventura
Richard also describes witnessing Kim Porter, another of Combs' former girlfriends, leaving a studio with visible injuries in 2005. She notes this incident as her first realization of Combs' capacity for violence.
The lawsuit further details Richard's first observation of Combs meeting Cassie Ventura in 2006, describing his behavior as "intimidating" and "predatory" during their first off-camera interaction.
Combs and his legal team have not yet responded to requests for comment regarding these allegations.
