Eligible music programs must fall into one of these categories:

  • In-school music classes where students make music
  • After-school music programs not run by the school
  • Community music programs offering music instruction
  • Music therapy programs with active music-making

Additional support is available through multiple organizations:

  • MusiCares: Offering $1,500 in financial relief, $500 grocery cards, and instrument replacement assistance
  • Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation: Providing emergency funds for theatrical distribution community members
  • Dramatists Guild Foundation: Offering grants for composers, lyrists, and playwrights
  • Motion Picture and Television Fund: Supporting entertainment community members with financial aid and social services
  • NAMM Foundation: Established an LA Wildfire Relief fund with $50,000 initial contribution

The Los Angeles wildfires have displaced over 150,000 people, prompting these organizations to provide essential resources for affected individuals in the music and entertainment industries.
