Lady Gaga's seventh studio album 'Mayhem' will release on March 7 via Interscope Records. The album features 14 tracks, including previously released singles "Disease" and "Die With a Smile," with executive production by Gaga, Michael Polansky, and Andrew Watt.
The album represents a reinvention of Gaga's early pop sound rather than a simple throwback. "The album started as me facing my fear of returning to the pop music my earliest fans loved," Gaga explains, comparing the creative process to "reassembling a shattered mirror." The project explores themes of chaos and transformation while celebrating music's unifying power.
A third single and music video will debut during the 2025 Grammy Awards commercial break on February 2. The full tracklist will be announced at a later date.
Upcoming appearances include:
- January 30: FireAid benefit performance alongside Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Stevie Nicks, and Joni Mitchell
- March 17: Receipt of 2025 iHeartRadio Innovator Award and performance at the iHeartRadio Music Awards
- April: Headlining performance at Coachella
The album announcement follows a week of teasers and website relaunch, which now features exclusive merchandise collections related to the project.
