The cancelled events include:

  • UMG's artist showcase and afterparty
  • Sony Music Entertainment's afterparty
  • Warner Music Group's celebrations
  • BMG's pre-Grammy party
  • The Resonator Awards
  • Milk and Honey Management events
  • Clio Music Awards ceremony
  • NMPA celebratory events
  • Spotify Grammy parties

All companies are redirecting their event funds toward Los Angeles wildfire relief efforts. Several key events will still take place:

  • MusiCares' Person of the Year event honoring The Grateful Dead (January 31)
  • The Clive Davis pre-Grammy gala (50th anniversary)

The main Grammy ceremony will feature Beyoncé leading with 11 nominations, followed by Kendrick Lamar, Charli XCX, and Billie Eilish with seven nominations each. Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, and Chappell Roan have secured six nominations each.

Notable changes include Spotify's party cancellation following several Songwriter of the Year nominees announcing their absence due to concerns over Spotify's bundle-related royalty reductions. The FireAid benefit concert remains scheduled for January 30, with a portion of proceeds supporting MusiCares.
