New Sexual Assault Lawsuit Filed Against Diddy: Model Alleges 2003 Drugging and Assault
In 2003, model Crystal McKinley filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs, alleging he drugged and raped her during a Men's Fashion Week event in New York City.

According to the lawsuit, McKinley, then 22, was invited to Combs' studio where she was offered Hennessy and allegedly drugged cannabis. She claims Combs forced himself on her in a bathroom, after which she lost consciousness and later awoke in a taxi, realizing she had been sexually assaulted.
The incident reportedly led to McKinley being "blackballed" from the modeling industry, causing severe depression and a suicide attempt in 2004. Her decision to come forward was inspired by other lawsuits against Combs, including those filed by Cassie Ventura and Joi Dickerson-Neal.
This lawsuit adds to Combs' mounting legal troubles, which include:
- Multiple sexual assault allegations
- A federal investigation
- Department of Homeland Security raids on his Florida and California homes
- A recently settled lawsuit with Cassie Ventura, supported by video evidence
Combs initially denied all allegations but recently released an apology video following the emergence of footage showing him assaulting Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway in 2016.
