The initiative brings together two influential industry figures: Melody Campbell, founder of The Sound Bank and creator of the UK's first pay-as-you-go recording studio, and Mr. Too Official, marketing manager for Quality Control Music, known for launching artists like City Girls, Migos, and Lil Baby.

Key Competition Details:

  • Top 15 acts will perform in finals at The Sound Bank's music seminar (September 14-15)
  • Finals will be held in Waterloo and livestreamed by Mimi the Music Blogger
  • Judging panel includes two Quality Control executives

The winner's prize package includes:

  • Exclusive management deal
  • Studio session at The Sound Bank with a top London producer
  • Mentorship from Mr. Too Official
  • All-expenses-paid promotional trip to Atlanta
  • Recording opportunity with Quality Control

The competition aims to create genuine opportunities for British talent to reach international audiences, moving away from traditional reality TV show formats to focus purely on musical talent and career development.

Talent scouts are currently active across major UK cities including London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Wales, and Margate to identify promising participants.
