Star-Studded MSG Soulshine Concert Raises $4.5M for Hurricane Relief
The star-studded Soulshine benefit concert at Madison Square Garden raised $4.5 million for hurricane relief efforts in North Carolina and Florida through ticket sales, merchandise, sponsorships, and donations.

The November 24 concert featured an impressive lineup including Dave Matthews Band, Warren Haynes Band, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, and Goose, alongside special guests Trey Anastasio, Mavis Staples, Robert Randolph, Joe Russo, Trombone Shorty, Susan Tedeschi, Derek Trucks, and Ben Jaffe.
Marking the finale of Dave Matthews Band's Fall Tour, the evening opened with Matthews and Haynes performing "Soulshine." Notable collaborations included Matthews joining Goose for Bruce Hornsby's "The Way It Is" and Mavis Staples performing with Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats.
The concert featured several memorable performances, including Matthews and Anastasio's intimate version of Phish's "Waste" and Dave Matthews Band's rendition of "The Weight" featuring Anastasio, Rateliff, and Tedeschi. The evening concluded with all performers uniting for The Beatles' "Come Together."
Live Nation and Day Glo Presents produced the event, while Volta Media handled the livestream, sponsored by Cisco, allowing global audiences to participate and donate online.
