
T-Pain Sells Complete Publishing Rights and Select Masters to HarbourView Equity Partners
T-Pain has sold his entire publishing catalog and select masters to HarbourView Equity Partners, the asset management company announced on February 20.
The six-time Grammy Award-winning artist has made an indelible impact on hip-hop, pop, and R&B, with over 50 million singles sold and billions of streams throughout his career. His catalog includes iconic hits like "Buy U a Drank," "Bartender," and "I'm N Luv (Wit a Stripper)."

"I'm excited for this next chapter and to partner with HarbourView Equity as they help preserve the legacy of my music," said T-Pain. "This catalog represents years of hard work, creativity, and unforgettable moments."
T-Pain's accolades include Grammy Awards for:
- Best Rap Song for "Good Life" with Kanye West (2008)
- Contributions to Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter III" (2009) and "Tha Carter IV" (2012)
- Best R&B Performance for Jamie Foxx's "Blame It" (2010)
- Participation in Chance The Rapper's "Coloring Book" (2017)
- Songwriting on Bruno Mars' "24K Magic" (2018)
Beyond music, T-Pain heads Nappy Boy Entertainment, Nappy Boy Automotive, Nappy Boy Gaming, and Nappy Boy Dranks. He's also established himself as a Twitch streaming personality and Global Gaming League Board Member.
HarbourView Equity Partners currently manages approximately $1.45 billion in assets, including over 60 music catalogs from artists like Fleetwood Mac's Christine McVie, Pat Benatar, Nelly, and Wiz Khalifa.
