Surveillance footage revealed two masked gunmen arriving in a white two-door Mercedes. The suspects remain unidentified as of this report.

Prior to the shooting, Young Dolph had survived multiple assassination attempts:

  • A 2017 shooting in Los Angeles that required surgery
  • Another 2017 incident in Charlotte, NC, where his SUV was targeted

A potential connection has emerged involving Soulja Boy, who had recently offered a $100,000 bounty for information about Dolph's whereabouts. Following the murder, Soulja Boy was removed from the Millennium Tour due to safety concerns, though he denies any involvement.
