The wildfires have caused significant damage across Los Angeles County:

  • 24 confirmed deaths (8 from Palisades Fire, 16 from Eaton Fire)
  • Over 62 square miles burned across multiple fires
  • 12,000+ structures destroyed
  • Estimated economic losses between $135-150 billion

Current fire containment levels:

  • Palisades Fire: 11%
  • Eaton Fire: 27%

The situation remains critical as Santa Ana winds are forecasted to intensify, with sustained winds up to 50 mph expected through Tuesday.

Concert proceeds will support a newly created 501(c)(3) organization focused on:

  • Rebuilding infrastructure
  • Supporting displaced families
  • Advancing fire prevention technologies
  • Improving LA's fire emergency preparedness

In response to the crisis:

  • Governor Newsom signed an executive order to expedite rebuilding efforts
  • Environmental regulations have been temporarily suspended
  • Property tax assessments frozen
  • Over 24,000 people have registered for federal assistance following President Biden's disaster declaration

The event is being produced by the Azoff family (Shelli and Irving) in partnership with Live Nation and AEG Presents.
