According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Combs allegedly entered Cassie Ventura's apartment uninvited, where Bongolan was staying. The complaint details that Combs groped Bongolan and dangled her over the 17th-floor balcony while shouting "Do you know what the f—k you did?!"
The 4'11", 100-pound designer states she struggled against Combs but was overpowered. Ventura intervened, prompting Combs to pull Bongolan back, but then allegedly slammed her into patio furniture.
The lawsuit also describes other disturbing incidents, including:
- Combs allegedly forcing drugs on Bongolan during a photo shoot
- Threatening statements including "I'm the motherf—king devil" and death threats
