Chinese female solo artist Xin Liu has been named as Dior's newest global ambassador, joining the ranks of notable figures like Blackpink's Jisoo, Angelababy, BTS's Jimin, and Rosalía.

The announcement coincides with Liu's debut appearance at Dior's Fall/Winter 2025 show during Paris Fashion Week. Her appointment reflects her influential presence in fashion, having appeared on covers of major publications including Harper's Bazaar, GRAZIA, VOGUE, Cosmopolitan, and GQ.

Liu's musical achievements include:

• Record-breaking album "Xanadu" with 54 million copies sold worldwide
• First Chinese female solo artist to perform at Coachella (2024)
• First Chinese female artist to enter U.S. Pop Radio Weekly Chart Top 40 with "Take A Sip"
• Successful sold-out arena tour in 2023

Beyond music, Liu has established herself as a pioneering dancer, becoming the first female captain on "Street Dance of China." Her upcoming performances include 88rising's Head in the Clouds Festival 2025 in Los Angeles on May 31.

Prior to her global success, Liu rose to prominence after winning "Youth With You 2," a Chinese reality survival show. She currently serves as ambassador for several major brands including Dior China, Crocs, Sisley, and New Era.
